Executive coaching allows me to help leaders understand what makes their leadership style tick, identify areas for personal and professional growth, and find better ways to manage business and people. My clinical skills and 35 years of business leadership experience play equally vital roles in this work.
I’ve provided management consultation to healthcare, professional services, and technical organizations. Sometimes, I find that the issues that are tripping up leaders have as much to do with their identity and confidence as with workplace events or policies.
